Shipping within India
Insured standard delivery is complimentary across serviceable Indian pin codes. Demo orders are shown with an estimated delivery window of 3–6 working days after dispatch.
International shipping
International delivery is available to most serviceable countries. The demo checkout shows a flat ₹4,500 insured shipping charge and an estimated 7–14 working-day transit window.
Local customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees are not included. If applicable, they are payable by the recipient directly to the destination authority or courier.
Returns & exchanges
For a live store, unworn sarees with original folds, tags and packaging would be eligible for a return request within 7 days of delivery. Custom-finished, altered or sale pieces would not be returnable.
Damage in transit
Please record an unboxing video and contact our studio within 48 hours if a parcel arrives damaged. We will review the case and guide you personally.
